@vamos418 does it boot to gui? if not your iso torrent is corrupt, first try burning at av slower speed, still no boot then sry man ur vid card just dont like linux

Dude, you are awesome. I spent 6-8 hours trying to get it to load, and then you came along and got it to work in about 5 minutes. I really can’t thank you enough.
This did also work for BT5 installed and booted from CD.

@theoriginalfatdonkey I started to get pretty tired of having to do these command everytime I started up my hdd install of backtrack. So I created a little script which do these commands, then add itself into /etc/init.d/ and every runlevel, which means it starts up everytime I boot the computer. You can fetch the script from research.homelinux(dot)com/fix/kakefjerner

rm /root/.kde/cache = KDE
